The Fordham IT Telecommunications Department is comprised of specialists in voice products and services. We provide unified communications to the University and oversee its intercampus, local and long distance telephone services. We also help move, add, change, and repair university-issued handsets and set up voicemail accounts.
For all telephone service requests, please contact IT Customer Care at 718-817-3999 or send an email to HelpIT@fordham.edu. In order to route your request to the proper group, IT Customer Care will need your extension number and type of handset.

• Unified communications is on its way! Unified communications is an evolving set of technologies that unites human and device communications in a common context and experience. It optimizes business processes and enhances human communications by eliminating device and media dependencies.
• Fordham University has partnered with InterCall to provide Reservationless-Plus, a low cost, full-featured audio conferencing plan for university staff and faculty. Effective May 1, 2014, this plan will replace the University’s Verizon Conferencing account, which will be cancelled. Notices have been sent to affected users about how to set up an account with InterCall to use their Reservationless-Plus teleconferencing plan. For more information, go to Teleconferencing.
