The Technology Leadership Council (TLC) will coordinate improved integration of academic and business planning by developing, maintaining, and prioritizing requests for technology services in support of the University’s strategic mission.
Specifically, it would:
- Review and, if appropriate, recommend adjustments in the priorities for information technology initiatives in accordance with the University’s strategic goals
- Balance competing interests in the combination and allocation of existing financial and technical resources to priority initiatives
- Identify cross functional issues arising from the implementation of priority initiatives and refer such issues to the VP/CIO
