Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is committed to the application of "best practices" in the establishment of highly responsive and available computing platforms as well as a stable and reliable network infrastructure for Fordham University.

ETS ensures the ongoing operation of the University data centers, provides customer assistance through its IT Customer Care organization, provides network engineering, planning, and support services, and facilitates acquisition of departmental computer equipment.

ETS is comprised of six major divisions: Acquisitions, Computer Services, IT Customer Care [IT Help Desk and IT Customer Care Centers], Network Engineering & Operations, Telecommunications and User Support Services. Additionally, the Technology Business Office falls under the ETS umbrella and manages all business processes for the Fordham IT organization. For further information, please contact:
