According to Jeannine Hill Fletcher, Th.D., a professor of theology who specializes in systematic and feminist theology, the reason that theology has stalled on matters of religious diversity is due in part to a reliance on deductive methodologies that begin exclusively with Christian tradition and doctrine.


Longtime Education Professor Relishes Collaboration

About 10 years ago, Bruce S. Cooper, Ph.D., decided he’d had enough of writing alone.
MCooper, a professor of education at the Graduate School of Education’s Division of Educational Leadership, Administration and Policy, who had been teaching and writing at Fordham since 1982, wanted more collaboration.


Gaitley Takes Lady Rams on a Roll

Last summer, Stephanie Gaitley peered at the season schedule for the University’s women’s basketball team and made some calculations. Working the percentages, she concluded that her Rams just might embark on the team’s first winning campaign in 19 years.
