Eight years and three deployments later, Boire, 27, is a first-year student in Fordham’s College of Liberal Studies, thanks to a new, more generous GI Bill.

Fordham Law Study: Privacy of Nation’s
School Children at Risk

State educational databases ignore key privacy protections for the nation’s K-12 children, according to a study by Fordham Law’s Center on Law and Information Privacy (CLIP).

This comes as Congress is considering legislation that would expand and integrate the 43 existing state databases without addressing their critical privacy failures.

First Dulles Chair

Fordham has named Terrence W. Tilley, Ph.D., professor of theology and chair of the department, the first Avery Cardinal Dulles, S.J., Chair in Catholic Theology.

Tilley, an award-winning theologian and author, will be installed at a ceremony to be announced later.
