Atlantic 10 Basketball Shootout Coming to Fordham

CSTV’s 2007 Atlantic 10 Shootout is headed to Fordham University. The shootout, in which teams of two try to make as many shots as possible from eight different spots on the basketball court in less than 30 seconds, will be held on Feb. 14 and 15.

The winning fans compete for a shot to win $10,000 and a trip to Atlantic City to vie for the title of 2007 Shootout Champions, held during halftime of the Men’s Basketball Championship in March. The preliminary competition will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 14, at the Vincent T. Lombardi Memorial Center Fieldhouse at 6 p.m. The top two men’s, women’s and co-ed division winners will advance to the finals to be held during halftime of the Fordham men’s basketball game against the University of Massachusetts on Thursday, Feb. 15.
