Teaching: Remedial writing, composition, introductory literature and general humanities courses, surveys of British literature, postcolonial literature, Renaissance literature.
Research: early modern travel and religious literature, histories, cartography, antiquity and the Renaissance, material culture, colonial and postcolonial studies. I am currently completing a book manuscript titled Illyria in Shakespeare's England.
